Ending world poverty with a NEW Greenback!

My future vision: The way the system topples over is for Treasury to introduce a new greenback. Every American consumer will eventually be able to open an account, but those Americans holding physical precious metals will get preferential (first) treatment. Those Americans who are not part of the 1% will get preferential treatment in that line (rich people get to the back of the line). This is only fair in a newly formed just system without any improprieties! System implementation would be straightforward, using United States Citizens SSN's (illegals need not apply), and since the IRS is a division of Treasury, they'll already have access to citizen info, even if someone doesn't file. Use their own system to topple itself. Then, Treasury starts accepting Silver deposits at an extremely high price relative to the Federal Reserve Fiat notes, in order to incentivize every poor and middle class American to scrounge up every last ounce of Silver to get to the Treasury's coffers. Let the system take in deposits for 12 months. Treasury could assist the modern corrupt United States Post Office into rebranding them back to the roots of the "United States Postal Service", where every home in America has easy access to this system. Did you know that the United States Post Office has a patent on blockchain technology? Now as the exchanger, you can accept payment in one of 3 ways: 1) Physical paper note that is fully redeemable for equivalent weight exchange of any Silver on hand, 2) an online asset backed Treasury bank account that you can spend into the existing system, or 3) a digitally backed asset receipt, backed by the Treasury Asset Backed Blockchain. Offering multiple types of payments is part of the backbone of the checks and balances our government was supposed to provide the people, but we became a land of a Law of maritime, not of Constitutionality. And here are all parties to the solution, sitting at the same table bickering on how to beat the ILLEGAL Federal Reserve System, which is not Federal, which has no reserves, and which is not part of any systems!! Each party in the solution brings a benefit both to the table and back to those people they represent! Greed itself is the blind spot of the greedy, ever since the dawn of man. Whether someone shaving Gold off a coin a thousand years ago, or someone scamming digital crypto tokens, leave it to man to have tried it. We might all collectively have the recipe, but we don't have the chefs we need in Congress to cook us up the perfect system. Our voices go unnoticed by the masses, and are heavily propagandized by the elites. And while we're on this analogy, it seems that some woke folks in the Military turned off the gas line to the stove, that even if the chefs wanted to cook, they wouldn't be able to until the Military is fixed!!
